🛡️ Upcoming MALV & MABCP Meetings – July 2025

Two key meetings are coming up this July that every town centre business should be part of – especially if safety, information sharing, and helping remove repeat offenders from the high street matters to you.

Following our recent move, these are now in the Old Town Hall Chamber Room – a much bigger space than our old conference room – so there’s more room for you (or a member of your team) to attend and take part.

🍻 MALV (Mansfield Association of Licensed Venues)
🗓️ Tuesday 15th July 2025
🕛 12:00 – 1:30pm
📍 Chamber Room, Old Town Hall
🎤 Chaired by Jonty Gerlach (The Swan Hotel)
For pubs, bars, restaurants, and night-time venues.

This is where licensed premises come together to discuss shared challenges, town-wide initiatives, and vote on bans for problematic individuals.

🚫 MABCP (Mansfield Against Business Crime Partnership)
🗓️ Thursday 17th July 2025
🕛 12:00 – 1:30pm
📍 Chamber Room, Old Town Hall
🎤 Chaired by Jay Rowlinson (Mansfield Forward BID)
Open to all BID members – retail, hospitality, services and beyond.

This wider meeting allows any business to be involved in discussions about town centre safety and to vote on business-wide bans. It’s a powerful way to stay informed and connected across sectors. Nottinghamshire Police and MDC ASB officers also attend.

These meetings are vital for protecting our shared space. If you’ve never been before, now’s the time to show up.
