BID Levy Rules (2025–2030 Term):

• Rateable values under £2,500 are not charged a levy.
• Properties with rateable values between £2,500 and £10,000 pay a flat rate of £225 per year, increased annually by 5% inflation.
• Properties over £10,000 pay a percentage of their rateable value each year:
  • 2.75% if outside Four Seasons Shopping Centre
  • 1.75% if inside Four Seasons Shopping Centre
• All amounts increase by 5% annually to reflect inflation.
